How to order
Ordering a custom cake is simple. Here is exactly how it works, from first message to pickup day.
From idea to pickup
Send your order
Fill in the order form with your date, size, flavour, and design, or message @cakesbyhibaq. Please order at least 7 days ahead (never less than 5).
Confirm with a deposit
A 50% e-Transfer deposit confirms your order. Please send it within 48 hours; your date is only held once it arrives.
Approve the design
You'll get a final photo of your order to approve before the final payment.
Pick up fresh
Pick up in Nepean. Your exact pickup address is shared on the day of pickup. The remaining balance can be paid by cash at pickup, or by e-Transfer at least 24 hours before.

Lead time
7 days preferred, 5 days minimum.
Deposit
50% by e-Transfer, within 48 hours, non-refundable.

Interac e-Transfer or cash at pickup

Nepean. Weekdays after 5pm and weekends all day, by appointment.
Late pickup
A $20 fee is added if you arrive after your chosen time.
Changing the date
Possible with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
