Are your cakes halal?
Yes. Everything is made with 100% halal ingredients, from the vanilla to the colours. Just let us know if you have any other requests.
Do you deliver?
Not right now. All orders are picked up in Nepean. Weekdays after 5pm and weekends all day, by appointment. Your exact pickup address is shared on the day of pickup.
How far in advance should I order?
Please order at least 7 days ahead. 5 days is the absolute minimum, and busy weekends fill up fast, so earlier is always better.
How do I confirm my order?
A 50% deposit by e-Transfer confirms your order, sent within 48 hours. Your date is only held once the deposit arrives. The remaining balance can be paid by cash at pickup, or by e-Transfer at least 24 hours before.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
If you cancel before baking starts, your deposit is refunded. Once ingredients or custom images have been bought, a cancellation fee applies (or the deposit is kept). Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. Dates can usually be moved with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
What about allergens?
Everything is made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs.
Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes! We'd love to be part of your day, from small cutting cakes to cupcakes. Reach out with your date and vision and we'll take it from there.
Do you do seasonal treats?
Yes: Eid & Ramadan treats and Valentine's heart bento boxes. Follow @cakesbyhibaq to catch them when they drop.
Can I pick more flavours than the ones listed?
The website shows the core menu, but extra flavours and fillings are available on request. Just ask when you order.
